I believe strongly that those whom have should give back to those whom have not. And I believe that is especially true for those of us whom though luck, hard work and good fortune are business owners. And to that end I am the president and co founder of the Elastic Mind Project, a secular organization which works with a small group of children in Bogota Colombia. It is through this non-profit that this video was done. A video of one very beautiful and inspiring child in our program of 20 students, Linda. Linda is an example of the great resource that is being squandered by governments and private citizens in their myopic rush to accumulate personal wealth, to the total disregard to long terms social and economic consequences. I hope by opening up your world just a little with this very personal and intimate look into that lost resource you will, if not now then in the future begin to look at poverty, not as something to be banished to the peripheral, behind a preverbal wall, but as a lost resource. As a moral obligation that those whom have so much, give back in a meaningful way to change that imbalance. The world will be richer and more vibrant for it.

The Elastic Mind Project is a secular non-profit organization working with a small group of children the barrios of Bogotá Colombia. Our goal is to implement empirical change that fundamentally c hags the children's lives by allowing them access out of the cyclical pattern of poverty and violence, in which they and their families are caught in.
