Coral Rock Village
Photographed this image at a coral rock grotto in Coral Gables. Originally built in the 1930s for professors visiting the university of Miami, it now serves as a quaint artist hideaway, where one can write the perfect novel or dream up the perfect image.
This image went on to win a 2006 Gold Create Award.
Using selective lighting, multiple layers and a bit of color I was able to subtlety tease out the complex dimensions of the space.
